Description
Basic Qualifications:* Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Systems
* 3+ years of working experience in Information Technology preferably in a financial institution
Experience Required:
* 3+ years of experience with Oracle Identity Analytics specifically recertification module along with hands on experience Segregation of Duty rules on-boarding
* Strong Identity Management (IDM) domain knowledge and exposure to working with market leading identity management toolsets (e.g. Oracle Identity Manager, Tivoli Identity Manager, etc.)
* Must have the ability to effectively convey ideas through oral and written communications; ability to work in a group or work independently; excellent analytical skills, detail oriented; ability to understand and resolve issues at a fast pace
* An excellent understanding of and strong desire to provide excellent customer experience.
* Must be able to multi-task and set work priorities
* Strong time management skills
* Must be willing to work on a rotational shift schedule
Skills Required:
* Knowledgeable in various Identity and Access Management (Preferably Oracle Identity Manager and Oracle Identity Analytics) concepts and solutions.
* Thorough understanding recertification process including concepts like Segregation of Dutires, Mitigation rules, Dispensation and SoD Violation reporting, preventive and detective SoD functionality
* Strong analytical and investigation skills. Ability to resolve issues in a high-pressure and time critical environment
* Should possess knowledge in writing basic SQL Queries
* Working experience with various databases - Oracle, MSSQL etc
* MS Excel / Word/ PowerPoint/ Visio
* Preferably with hands-on experience in Oracle Identity Management (OIM), Oracle Identity Analytics or any other IDM software
* The candidate should have working knowledge of Enterprise Identity Management technologies such as LDAP,Active Directory etc
