We are looking for a WebSphere Application Server System Engineer to start ASAP for a big bank in BRUSSELS
Start: ASAP
Duration: 3 months + possible extention
Location: Brussels
Description:
You will be in charge:
- In partnership with the solution Architect & Platform Architect, analysing Business Requirements and writing it into Detailed Level Design related to the bank strategy;
- Proposing optimal solutions, based on the customer standards;
- Proposing improvements related to other domains;
- The problem solving;
- Writing documentation and training the operational teams;
- Analysing the actual infrastructure and proposing innovations;
- Controlling change implementation;
- Keeping current with IT Market evolution.
Required skill set:
Strong skills and experience with:
- Master or Bachelor degree in Computer Science and 5 years' experience;
- 3 years' experience as WebSphere System Engineer;
- Deep skills with Webspher Apps Server, clustering for high availability & performance, admin Scripting, troubleshooting, as well as Java EE dev best practices;
- Some skills with web infrastructure devices, load-balancers, reverse& authentication proxies;
- Architectural & design skills;
