SC/DV Cleared IT Security Tools Analyst

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced SC/DV Cleared IT Security Tools analyst to join large blue chip organisation based in Mons Belgium.

As a SC/DV Cleared IT Security Tools Analyst you will ideally have Nato clearance but if not be able to upgrade to this.

As a SC/DV Cleared IT Security Tools Analyst you will work with the IT Security Event Analyst and the Tools specialist to help tune the security tools for optimum performance. You will ensure that all specialist applications such as event correlation (and its associated remote data collection feeds), Network discovery, Network traffic pattern/flow analysis, mail content checking, extrusion detection and on line computer forensic tools are installed configured and operational.

This role will include deep configuration and administration of a range of cyber defence specialist tools These tools include Network Intrusion Protection (NIPS), vulnerability analysis (VA), Security Incident Event management (SIEM), online computer forensics (OCF), Full Packet Capture (FPC).

As a SC/DV IT Security Tools analyst you may become involved in the investigation in to security events to establish if there are expected tool behaviours, events or a security threat.

As a SC/DV IT Security Tools analyst you will:

Have a min of 2 years experience in Cyber Security, network and system security tool configuration, configuring and managing typical security enforcing devices, such as Firewalls, Proxies, IDS/IPS devices, EPO and a min of 2 years experience using SIEM tools such as Arcsight, Loglogic, Sourcefire, Symantec, Endpoint, SNORT.
