- Daily Rate: £350 to 450 per Day

Real Staffing are working with an NHS Trust on theSouthCoastwho require a Senior Finance Manager to provide support whilst the organisation restructures its finance department.
This is the ideal opportunity for a Senior Finance Manager who is looking for commercially driven role within an NHS hospital.
Key Assignments:
- Finance lead for business cases and Cost Improvement Plans (CIPs)
- Senior link for financial, activity and workforce information
- Financial governance advisor
- Divisional lead for income generation and business development
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Advising on financial strategy, management and performance
- Strategic business planning for the division
- Advising on strategic investments and commercial decisions
- Financial reporting, budget setting and forecasting
- Developing and implementing financial recovery plans
- Integration of financial systems and services
- Monitoring and delivery of income, CQUINs and QIPPs
Essential Criteria:
- Qualified Accountant (CIMA, CIPFA, ACA, ACCA etc.)
- Background within Financial Management
- NHS Acute or Foundation Trust experience
- Operate at a Band 8b (Senior Manager level)
