My client are in the top 10 pharmaceutical companies in the world. They are known for their development of staff, and for having a number of employees spend their entire career within the company.They are looking for a junior candidate, a recent graduate or someone with up to 5 years work experience, to join their Market Access department. There will be a lot offered in terms of training and development, and there is a genuine chance here to open up a whole career path for yourself in one of the pharma industries most exciting and evolving roles.
Within the role you will be responsible for managing pricing and reimbursement for all brands within the company and will also be empowered to obtain a solid grounding for new products. A big part of the role will be to speak and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders. You will need to build and maintain good relationships with internal partners, as well as Swiss and European authorities.
The ideal candidate will be, as mentioned, a graduate or junior worker with no more than about 5 years work experience. You must have a Masters in Science, from either medical, pharmacy, biology or a closely related field. You must also speak German and English, and French would be an advantage.
