Description
I am actively looking to recruit for a Commissioning Engineer within the Water industry.The role will be a 50/50 split between being based in the office doing the FAT tests and going to the water sites doing to commissioning and SAT tests.
They are specifically looking for a Commissioning Engineer with CHEMICAL DOSING experience.
You will also be expected to be able to upload and download software on the PLC systems using Siemens and Allen Bradley.
The main duties include the responsibility for the following:
- Preparation of Commissioning Documentation including Commissioning manuals, test plans, and training manuals.
- Attendance at commissioning meetings with representatives from our clients engineering operational teams.
- Undertaking Factory Acceptance Testing for major item of plant.
- Liasing with our suppliers and subcontractors throughout the on-site commissioning process.
- The commissioning, interfacing and setting to work of equipment, including:
- Motor Control Centres including latest intelligent motor controllers and drive technologies
- Pumping plant.
- Process Equipment
- Standby generation equipment
- Various Instrumentation
Contract Length - Open Ended
Location - North West office/Site Based
