We are currently looking for qualified EPC (Enterprise Product Catalog) experts. We are currently looking for several EPC experts for an immediate opportunity.
- Well versed with EPC (Enterprise Product Catalog)
- EPC Ordering Configuration experience
- Strong understanding of EPC in a Production Support capacity
- Ability to triage issues within EPC
- Experience with Tier 2 level support
- Understanding of work around management, root case analysis, hot and permanent fixes
The ideal candidate will have an EPC 2 background aswell as SQL and DB Skills.
You will need to be fluent in Portuguese
