Description
- Multivendor Optimization Service (Ericsson/HUAWEI/ZTE).
- Manage a Team of 7 (3 ZTE/1 HUAWEI/3 Ericsson).
- Direct Customer interface.
- Weekly meeting with the customer.
- Prepare Weekly reports showing the weekly KPIs and the achievements of each week.
- Propose and Implement global trials and actions on the network to improve KPIs.
- Deal with the Following KPIs (CDR/CSSR/HSR/SDR/SD Assign Success rate/Edge Throughput/UL and DL TBF drop/UL and DL TBF Estab)
- KPIs targets are changed each quarter so new ideas and continuous enhancements are needed.
- Deal with different customer requests.
- Manage the daily work for the team.
- Deal with the different complains that occur in the network.
Recommended candidates should have
- 5 years experience in 2G Radio optimization.
- Multi vendor Experience is a plus.(ZTE/HUAWEI/Ericsson)
- Arabic Speaking is a plus.
- Previous team leading experience is a plus.
