Service Delivery Manager, Data Centre Migration/Implementation experience
Are you a Service Delivery/Project Manager with hands on experience of a large Data Centre move?
Vantage Resources are looking for a Project Manager/Service Delivery Manager with Data Centre experience. The successful candidate must have a good level of recent experience managing a Data Centre Build/Migration.
The service will include:
Customer care centre (service desk and associated services);
Enterprise computing (data centre services, together with AD, Exchange, SharePoint and Citrix implementations and application management and hosting
Enterprise network (WAN links into Germany, Ireland, Toyko, New York, Luxembourg);
End user services (desktop and laptop services);
Security (multiple security services across the environment).
Applications outsourcing and management.
Duties:
Responsible for all planning around the Data Centre move
Formulating the SLA for the running of the new Data Centre
Responsible for overseeing the successful move
Defining service management levels
Liaising with technical and business people to plan and execute the move
