1. More than 3 years of experience in web development.
2. XHTML5 / CSS3 - more than 1 year of experience.
3. Javascript/jQuery - more than 2 years of experience.
4. Participation or own development of at least 3 web sites (they should provide examples).
5. SASS or LESS experience (at least 6 months).
6. At least 1 year experience using php or .net
7. Experience of Responsive web design
Preferable skills:
1. More than 5 years of experience in WD
2. More experience in the usage of XHTML5/CSS3/jQuery
3. Advanced javascript usage - object oriented javascript.
4. .NET experience (MVC3+)
6. Subversion source control and VS 2010 and above experience
