This is a Global HR consulting role that supports the Global Integrated Supply Chain organization and
partners closely with ISC HR leadership in support of the ISC Business Strategy. Provides Strategic HR thought leadership and develops plans and processes in areas related to Greenfield manufacturing startup operations, structure & design, change management, team engagement & effectiveness, leadership development and effectiveness, ER strategies and implications.

Responsibilities could include (but not limited to):
  • Developing Key talent strategies and assess capability gaps to address business needs.
  • Review organizational structure and develop strategies to ensure smooth working of ISC disciplines
  • Partners with ISC HR and potentially line leaders to build needed capability, including advice and guidance in handling various employee discussions/situations.
  • Develop change management plans
  • Provides direction, guidance, leadership and partners in key functional projects
  • Translation of business strategy into a winning HR plans and partners with key business leaders across functions in the organization.
  • Defining the ways of working agenda for designated ISC disciplines.
  • Diagnosis and develop area to improving ISC effectiveness and global collaborative communities.
  • Provides functional capability building support for Integrated Supply Chain
  • Responsibility as a capability building lead for key change initiatives in ISC. Partner across disciplines to accomplish capability building objectives.
SKILLS:

Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Human Resources or Business Management
  • Advanced Degree (MS/ME or MBA) preferred
  • Minimum of 12 years of HR Business Leadership experience with proven capability in Organizational Effectiveness, Staffing, Talent & Change Management
  • 5+ year exposure in a Manufacturing and supply chain environment
  • Strong Regional, Developing Markets and ISC HR experience
  • In depth expertise in cutting edge HR practices, particularly in the area of Organization Development, Staffing and Talent Management
  • Good knowledge of external employment and development trends, labor markets and competitors, Labor/Employment Law
  • HR leadership Experience in Regional and Business Unit line management roles
  • Past Performance record and Business experience that demonstrates the requisite Functional expertise to build credibility in the business
  • Operational experience in successfully providing HR Leadership to a complex Matrix Organization/Region/Business unit with multiple functions is a must
  • Ideally this incumbent will have had an International assignment or will have worked extensively in a global role/project with strong influencing skill, ability to direct/lead the HR agenda with minimal direction; ability to achieve results through influence and working across organization
