Procurement and Sourcing Consultant - HR Recruitment - German Speaking
Our client is a leading manufacturer of medical devices and they are seeking an experienced German speaking procurement consultant for a 12 month project.
The successful candidate will be responsible for taking care of the operational and tactical purchasing and sourcing within compliance, focusing on the cost, delivery and quality of the suppliers.
Main responsibilities include:
- Introduction of proposals to reduce litigations costs and ensure transparency of the process chain
- Ensure materials and services are within the contractual agreements, but also managing complaints when agreements have been deviated
- Correspond with suppliers, internal customers and interface partners in German and English
- Maintain consistent data and documentation of the procurement process
- Enforce the purchased strategies and contracts
Applicants should have the following:
- An education within Business
- 3-5 years experience in purchasing and procurement
- Good knowledge of MS Office products (SAP/SRM desirable)
- Fluent written and verbal command of German and English
