Role: Commissioning and Qualification EngineerLocation: UK, North West
Type: Contract - Initially 3-6 months +
Commissioning and Qualification Engineer required for a 3-6 month initial contract on a start-up purification facility in Northern England.
We are looking for an individual with a strong Commissioning background on Start-up/Upgrade Projects within Pharmaceuticals/Biotechnologies; or Oil & Gas.
There are multiple roles with start dates into January 2014.
Key Responsibilities:
To ensure that all commissioning and qualification (C+Q) activities, as directed by the C+Q lead, are developed executed and reported in accordance with our clients requirements and that all equipment/ utilities and systems are fully commissioned and qualified in line with the project timelines and milestones.
Requirements:
• A knowledge of the pharmaceutical/ biotech industry
• Client ideally looking for a design of implementation, operations, in order to appreciate the impact that commissioning and qualification activities have on the success of subsequent routine operations.
• A good understanding of GMP and strong FAT/SAT experience
• Proven ability to deliver projects safely, Quality Compliant and on time and on budget.
• Highly experienced in preparing, reviewing and approval of technical Commissioning documents/ procedures
