Sr. Production Field SuperintendentSan Antonio, TX
I am looking for a qualified Senior Field Superintendent to live and work in the San Antonio area. This candidate will work for a small Operator and oversee the company's wells in that area. Occasional travel to the Houston office will be necessary.
All candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship. Relocation will be provided if necessary.
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise all production related field personnel (mostly contractors)
- Manage day-to-day field operations
- Order materials and equipment as needed
- Make recommendations on enhancing production from oil and gas wells
- Manage relations with outside vendors and landowners
- Travel toHoustonoccasionally
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- 15+ years of experience in upstream oil and gas industry
- Experience as a field superintendent
- Knowledge of artificial lift, gas compressors, production facilities, and down hole operations
- Very professional presence
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to work independently
- Strong organization and planning skills
- Excellent time management
