IT support engineer / 1st and 2nd line support.

We are searching for an IT Support engineer, to provide 1st and 2nd line technical support to the company's users. This contract will be for 6 months. The position is based inOldham.

As IT Support engineer , you will be expected to manage the logging and resolution of IT technical faults and enquiries, manage calls for IT incidents, updating incident management system and allocate incidents to the relevant team. You are required to have previous experience of working working on a helpdesk.

You will require the following skills and knowledge;
  • Active Directory.
  • Excellent general IT knowledge
  • Confident using Desktop apps.
  • To have been exposed to or actively used ITIL service delivery.
  • You will be reporting to the IT manager and a team leader.
