An established Higher Education client of Real Staffing is currently looking for an experienced CRM Systems Support Analyst.

The ideal candidate will have IT service management experience to help the team complete two projects which are introducing a new corporate CRM system in to multiple business areas in the university.

You will need to have experience of at least 4 of the following within the last 5 years:-

- Managing and supporting a corporate IT system as a service (ITIL) - particularly in the early life support of a newly adopted system

- Project delivery - including regular progress reporting and change management with a project

- Functional analysis - translating and transforming business requirements into system functional requirements

- System configuration - configuring a system to meet specific functional specifications

- System testing - in particular regression testing

- Systems documentation writing - for a technical and non-technical audience

You should have extensive experience and good technical understanding of both large and medium sized corporate systems. You should also have experience of working within a project team.

The ability to build relationships with a range of customers and colleagues at all levels is essential. For this reason, excellent inter personal skills are extremleyu important.
