Service Delivery Manager - Banking - ITILAn I.T. Service Delivery Manager is needed for my banking client for an initial 6 month contract with the potential to go permanent afterwards.

The ideal candidate will have worked as an I.T. Service Delivery Manager previously, and will have managed a large number of ticket requests from stakeholders in a asimilar position. The project itself focuses on applications around Data, Loss, Protection but this experience is not essential. They must be a senior manager who has experience managing a large number of orders, as well as communicating with the various stakeholders/requestors in English.
He will be responsible that the tickets of his stakeholders get processed, from end to finish, as well as having a small team that specializes in processing different phases of the process. He is responsible that each phase always has several tickets associated to it. Needs to be proactive and have a positive attitude. Performance will be measured by throughput and quality of final results, since the final DLP report will be produced by him/her. The right candidate will been managing 2 people, will talk to suppliers to make sure things are done. Essential presentation skills are required. ITIL experience & Risk desirable
Requirement
- Previous Service Delivery experience
- ITIL, Risk, DLP knowledge is desirable
- Great communicator (German is a plus)
- EU / EEA national
- Willing to work in Zürich
