Description
We are searching for a QM Solution Specialist, for our client, a world renowned multination based in the Vaud Region of Switzerland.
The main purpose of this role is to bring to the team the knowledge, skills & experience of the SAP solution in QM area.
QM under this company program is covering:
- Quality management in Supply Chain (including Retail side)
- Consumer feedback management (capturing, analysing, improving based on Consumer feedback)
Key Responsibilities:
Understand & Analyze the business requirements to evaluate how to adapt in a best way SAP solution
- Translate business requirements into solution specific detailed designs
- Identify gaps and propose alternative solutions
- Bring solutions expertise in specific applications or modules
Manage all design, build & test related activities in all phases of the project
- Define, document and execute configuration specifications
- Define and document functional specifications
- Liaise with development teams to estimate and plan delivery of developments
- Define, document and execute detailed test scripts
Execution of test scripts in area of expertise and responsible for resolution of test failures in collaboration with technical teams
Key Skills
- Strong SAP experience
- Hands on solution (system) experience in SAP QM-QN and SAP CRM
