Next Ventures is executing a search for a BW Consultant, appropriate candidates are required for immediately, for an initial 3 month assignment with potentially further extension. The assignment location will be Brussels, with travel to Greece and Romania. Experience in SAP Retail is an important asset, 2 full implementation cycles.
Specification
At least 8 years of experience in SAP BW
Proven expertise in implementing BI for several of the below SAP finance modules:
General Ledger (GL)
Accounts Payable (AP)
Accounts Receivable (AR)
Management Accounting (MA)
Tax Accounting (TA)
Bank Accounting (BA)
Asset Accounting (AA)
Indirect Procurement (IP)
Plant Maintenance (PM)
Project System (PS)
General
- International implementation experience, in multi-country roll-outs, based on global template.
- Clearly demonstrate expertise in project management, escalation, process management and business systems requirements definition
- Communication skills: regular contact to be established with others inside and outside the organization including co-workers, external, and internal customers.
- Effective in delivering presentations and running meetings
- Experience in taking lead in a BI track: blueprint workshop, writing functional specifications, customizing, organizing local workshops
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Team player with high level of integrity
Technical knowledge
- Hands-on experience in SAP BW 7.x
- Design of ETL and process chains
- Data modelling, according to LSA
- Query Design
- Transports and authorization concept
- Excellent command of Microsoft solutions (Office, Project, Visio)
- Good knowledge of BO is an asset
- Proficient with MS Office applications
