SAP BRIM Consultant required for a 120 day opportunity to be based in beautiful Marseille.
Scope of Tasks:
We need a strong person with a lot of autonomy, very good consulting mindset. This consultant will need to have a perfect understanding of all BRIM components : FI CA, CC, CI
The 2 key activities are:
>== Align the customer on standard business processes
>== Build the business blueprint (up to level 5)
Business areas identified so far with the customer regarding SAP BRIM (Invoicing & Collections):
- Convergent Invoicing:
o Billable items (BITs) management including correction framework, re-rating request (send to SAP TM and not SAP CC) ;
o Convergent Billing: BITs billing, External billing documents integration, SD billing integration;
o Convergent Invoicing: Regular invoice, simulation, preliminary invoice, Invoicing list, collective invoice and all additional invoicing functions, tax management at invoicing level, Rate exchange at invoicing level, prepayment (at CMA, it means payment and invoice at the same time);
o Partner agreement & settlement (to be confirmed, if they manage any kind of revenue sharing/distribution);
- Collections:
o Payment management: incoming, outgoing, cross payments, clearing, etc.
o Receivables management;
o Payables management (to be confirmed);
o Tax management; o Revenue management (deferred, unbilled, etc.);
o Dunning, dispute, collections and credit management;
o Closing operations (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly);
o Integration with FI-GL/FI-CO/CO-PA and FCC (CRM part, to be confirmed);
o AP/AR netting; o Intercompany invoicing and/or posting.
Convergent charging knowledge might be required for processes to manage so-called "revenue distribution" (commissions to agents or other partners) or "revenue sharing" (if applicable). Knowledge on Transportation & Logistics business area is a plus.
