Job Title- IT Developer/Engineer - Net, C#, Java, ASP.NET, HTML
Fixed Term Salaried Contract of 45,000
My client is looking for experienced, self-motivated IT Developer/Engineer to assist their Galway based team with various software and IT infrastructure enhancements.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to root cause analysis for end-to-end software and infrastructure issues.
- Develop and test fixes for related defects.
- Develop and test software and infrastructure enhancements.
- Respond to 3rd level online support calls for applications - including troubleshooting, debugging and reproducing issues
Required Skills:
- Experience working in a dynamic support role where responsibilities can run from initial problem diagnosis through to the coding of a solution, test, and release.
- Windows Development/Compiler/Debugger: Visual Studio
- UNIX Scripting/Windows Scripting
- Experience working with .NET - C#, ASP.NET, Java, and HTML
- Experience with MS SQL 2008, and Oracle 10 and 11g
Desired Skills:
- Tidal Schedule
- Visual Basic and Visual C++
- Utilities - Toad, Putty, SFTP, Subversion
