Proteus Europe operating as an employment agency, is currently seeking an Embedded Software Developer to join one of our prestigious clients based in Norway. The successful candidate will work in the R&D Software Group.This Group develops protocols and applications for wireless consumer products. Programming in C with Bluetooth, ANT+, and proprietary protocols, we develop protocols and applications on our own microcontrollers built with ARM Cortex processors. We use the Scrum methodology for managing our projects.

Profile:
We are looking for both newly qualified and experienced software developers to work in close co-operation with leading customers worldwide.
Qualifications:
*M.Sc. in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or similar, or B.Sc. with relevant experience.
*Experience in some of these areas:
-Microcontroller systems.
-Software architecture,design,ddevelopment and testing.
-Programming of embedded systems in C.
-Real-time systems.
-RF applications and protocols.
*Good English communication Skills (Norwegian is not required).
Challenges include:
*Development of Bluetooth low energy and other protocol stacks.
*Software Development Kits for wireless applications.
*Development of custom wireless solutions.
