Description
ORACLE CRMAn exciting opportunity has presented itself for an Oracle CRM professional to gain education sector experience with a Manchester based client on a 12 month contract, due to an increased workload.
The main responsibility of the role will be to lead the operational activities of the CRM applications team, and to support the Business Applications manager in tactical and strategic decision making.

To be successful, the ideal candidate will demonstrate:
-Strong leadership skills, particularly with regard to leading multi-functional teams from different areas of an organisation
-Ability to solve problems and to contribute to both strategic and tactical decisions
-Ability to translate requirements into design specifications.
-Experience or capability of successfully initiating projects in large and complex organisations
-Experience of Change Management and Process Management
