Senior Brand Development Manager to join the Marketing departmentReporting into the Strategic Marketing manager you will have the responsibility to grow the existing Woundcare portfolio. You will work on large projects ensuring that the customers needs remain core of what you do. Within this you will also need assess and define the portfolio and business needs.
Key responsibilities:
* Plan and manage NPI through to execution
* Formulating plans and strategies for defined part of the portfolio
* Driving the development of competitive advantage by market and competitor analysis
* Ownership of designated brands and products
* Anticipate the needs of the market on a strategic and tactical level
Experienced Required
* Degree in either a business, medical or science discipline as well as a postgraduate qualification in business or marketing
* Substantial experience in a related marketing role that includes new product commercialisation, with working experience in local marketing and ideally sales
* Knowledge and understanding of the Healthcare industry is desirable.
* Strong ability to influence and develop key internal and external relationships across multiple countries and cultures
* Ability to identify opportunities with a strong orientation towards tactical execution
* Project management experience gained in a cross functional environment
Remuneration and location
Salary: £50-60k with excellent package inclusive of Company Car Allowance and BUPA Family Healthcare
