Description
Senior UX Designer with IxD, Visual Design and Axure Prototyping to work in a Global User Experience team in an Agile environment on a 6 month contract.
Our client, a global technology company, is developing a Customer Engagement Management solution for enterprise level web and mobile application design. The role is to work with in-house product managers, marketing, business analyst and architect teams to develop the User Experience (UX) design prototypes.
For this role our client is searching for an experienced Senior UX Designer (or Interaction or Visual Designer) to develop prototype designs in Axure 6.5 or 7 (Beta) for stakeholder review, customer validation and testing. Your designs must incorporate established visual design direction, wireframing and advanced Axure prototyping.
Skills required:
- Around 5 years + of experience as an UX designer, Interaction Designer or Visual Designer
- Design of web applications (not websites)
- 1 years + prototyping experience with Axure
- Understanding of the web technology stack:
HTML, CSS, JavaScript Framework, Bootstrap, FontAwesome - Knowledge of leading best practices and design patterns
- Understanding os how and when to move between high level macro design and detailed design
- Proven ability to collaborate with remote teams
- Excellent communication, analysis and critique skills
- Degree in a related subject
In addition the following would be desirable:
Ability to write HTML & CSS and/or apply framework suach as Bootstrap and jQuery; experience with Mobile Application Design; ability to write/edit UI copy.
This is an exciting large scale project to develop a Customer Engagement Management solution that will be used by corporate organisations worldwide.
The role is based in Watford, which is commutable from London.
