Description
Our client, a major mobile telecoms service provider, requires a Senior Network Rollout Programme Manager to join their operations department.
The successful candidates responsibilities include:
- Manage and direct a portfolio of interdependent project streams
- Lead project managers within programme
- Monitor progress across all project streams and initiate pro-active corrective action
- Manage exceptions, slippage and issues of priority, at programme level
- Manage customer expectations, building and maintaining strong customer relationships and day to day engagement around programme status, risks and issues.
- Manage budget and deliver improvements on business case margins
Experience:
- Proven experience in effective leadership across large programme teams
- Proven experience of successfully managing large NRO programme budgets
- Proven proficiency in resource allocation
- Proven ability to drive effective change management at programme level
- Proven proficiency in Risk Management
