My client is well known for working within the challenging and interesting industries of Nuclear. This company has a work plan that stretches over the next 100 years with unique projects to be engineered.As an engineer you will be able to use the latest tools in the challenging fields of decommissioning and for the provision of associated new facilities.
The successful candidate will be providing key design authority support to assure the safety and quality of design solutions and leading design teams in decommissioning and the provision of new facilities.
You will be working closely with external contractors, and supervising and delivering core design activities utilising internal staff.
To be successful you will be:
Chartered Engineer or approaching chartered status.
An electrical, control or instrument design engineering background ideally gained in nuclear or heavy industrial environment.
For specialist roles an in depth knowledge of relevant codes and standards is required.
