My client a leading financial services organisation are currently looking to recruit an ITIL process analyst to work on a global Windows 7 deployment.I am looking for candidates that have experience of formulating process improvement strategy on service transition projects in a global environment.
The main responsibilities of this position are:
- Define and build regional service processes that support the global deployment of Windows 7
- Contribute to the TOM on the deployment
- Understand the current service processes - suggest improvements
To be considered for this position you need to be an experienced ITIL process consultant / business analyst - with an ITIL qualification.
