We are recruiting for several IT Support Engineers, to provide 1st line support and 2nd line support to the company's users. This contract will be for an initial 6 months and will be based just 10minutes from the city center of Manchester.

As the IT Support Engineer, you will be expected to manage the logging and resolution of IT technical faults and enquiries, manage calls for IT incidents, updating incident management system and allocate incidents to the relevant team. You are required to have previous experience of working working on a helpdesk.

You will require the following skills and knowledge;
  • Active Directory administration.
  • Excellent general IT knowledgewith Microsoft Office and Windows.
  • Experience using an incident management system or a call logging system.
  • Break/Fix support to servers, desktops, laptops and HP printers.
  • To have been exposed to or actively used ITIL service delivery.
