Service Design / CSI Manager required
My NHS client is looking for a Service Design and CSI Manager (Continuous Service Improvement), responsible for providing professional expertise on ITIL service design to support the development of new services and changes to existing NHS services, including the development and implementation of business processes for the area.
The post holder will define required policies and processes, facilitate discussions and advise colleagues as to how best practice might be adopted in the definition of future services, document those processes as they are agreed and oversee their delivery.The role is required to build a combination of subject matter expertise and technical skills to develop a strong service and operations delivery.An understanding of the background to and aims of current healthcare model in England and appreciate the implications of this on ICT service delivery is desirableExperience of ITIL Service Design and ITIL CSI is requiredPossession of relevant professional knowledge /certification and experience in ITIL, specifically;NHS experience is essential for this role.
