A new position has become available within a global MSP, they have recently acquired a new company and are looking to expand rapidly across all sectors in the next 5 years.
My client is looking to bring on a dynamic and enthusiastic Service Desk Team Lead to motivate and encourage a team of 4 engineers as well as be hands on when required. This is an exciting role where you will get to work with many different SME's across a range of industries with vast technology platforms.
The successful person needs to have 3 years team lead/ management experience and have come up through the ranks of a help/ service desk and looking to take on more responsibility in a challenging and fast changing company.
Essential
Team Lead/ Management experience (3 years)
Working in a SLA/ KPI environment
1st - 3rd line support
Windows Server
Active Directory
Networking
Back-ups
This is an exciting role where you will be a key point of contact for the company, any body who can speak Japanese would be an advantage!
