Real Staffing is currently working closely with our client, a leading UK bank, to assist them in the recruitment of a new Senior Manager for their Risk function in a strategic role.Their organisation is evolving rapidly and this role has been created to lead, support and prioritise the implementation of change into their Risk structures as well as looking at the evolution of the bank, and the shape that the Risk functions need to take in the future.
Working both with the Risk functions, and Change functions, this role requires excellence in stakeholder management, coupled with the ability to drive through change. To be successful in this role, it is expected that you will have a strong understanding Risk principles and methods.
If you want to take on a high profile role that will have the responsibility for developing the strategic outlook for the Risk function and then go on to implement the ongoing change.
