My client based in the Brussels region of Belgium are currently looking for a Senior .NET Developer.
work on the following technologies:
NHibernate & WPF smart client, web forms, web services and Oracle/SQL Server (stored procedures, entity framework). You will be an experienced ASP.NET 2.0 4.5 analyst/developer with minimum 3 to 5 years of professional experience in these technologies.
Your responsibilities will be:
o You work as a technical lead of the project and you have the overall developmental quality of the junior development team ensure
o The development and support of existing projects
o Preparation of technical analysis documents and implementing it
o Implementation, bug fixing and maintenance of the various components of the technical solution (Back End server BLL, services, smart client BLL and UI, domain model implementation, stored procedure implementation)
o Implementation of technical tests (performance, unit testing, integration testing, ...) Implementation of the established and documented interfaces (along with other projects)
o Creation and implementation of the recommendations (code review, technical coaching .NET & Oracle architects, ...)
o Follow the best practices on Data Driven, Driven Entity, Test Driven
o Proposed to duty as the projects there is a need to have
o Takes simultaneously developing applications in RUN and BUILD itself depending on the workload and requirements of the moment
You will need:
o Experience in making a good technical analysis in order to ensure and to fulfil the tasks entrusted by the .NET architects guidelines the robustness and extensibility of the developed components
o A thorough knowledge of NHibernate and WPF and good technical knowledge of SQL (Oracle/SQL Server), OO, quality assurance is required
o Has at least 3 to 5 years experience in developing complex web applications in NET and practical understanding of technical concepts in and around the NET framework - .NHibernate & WPF/controlled OO/TFS/web standards/ASP.NET/C #/JavaScript (jquery)/(X) HTML/XML/XSL/XSLT/XSD/XPATH/IIS/Scripting and batch/ADO.NET/Entity Framework/MVC/WCF Web Services/Smart Client applications/test driven development
o Additional knowledge of the following technologies is a plus: development of applications in a web farm and/or cloud/basic experience with Oracle/SQL Server and PLSQL/TSQL
o Experience in advanced techniques such as OO design patterns, application development for web farms conducted by a hardware load balancer are important assets
o Knowledge of Team Foundation Server, Oracle/SQL Server, developing stored procedures in PLSQL/TSQL and writing EF/Linq queries is considered a prerequisite
o Beyond these technical criteria, the candidate must possess communication and listening skills to work with .NET architects and the various competence centers together
o In addition, you must be willing to follow that lead down the various standards
o Willing to work in team communication, accept constructive conversations, flexible and adapts to the specific guidelines
o Understand French, Dutch and English and analyses e - mails
