Duties and responsibilities
Our client located in Strombeek-Bever, close to Brussels is looking urgently for an Informatica Powercenter consultant. In collaboration with the Project Manager, the ETL-Informatica developer will be engaged in the conception and development of applications in the BI field. As the technical expert, you will be self-directed with a good ability to develop and implement applications using ETL-Informatica for a project located in Louvain (Leuven) in Belgium.
The primary functions of the ETL-Informatica CONSULTANT include:
§ Develop ETL scripts with Informatica in order to build the data warehouse (DW)
§ Create and execute unit, functional and integrated testing
§ Optimize performance requests
§ Write all technical documentation
§ Work closely in collaboration with the client team in order to reinforce the business partnership
Qualifications, experience and skills
§ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
§ Minimum 3 years experience in development with ETL with Informatica PowerCenter 8 (8.1.1)
§ BI experience in the financial field, an asset
§ Result driven and autonomous
