Assists in the technical scoping of new projects and the creation of business cases
Gather and documents business requirements in consultation with business stakeholders
Responsible for designing solutions for projects; appropriate to the business need, budget, timescale and product growth
Monitors, guides and actively supports developers and third parties in the successful implementation of Solution Designs on projects
Closely collaborates with Project teams and technical staff across Digital and marketing to create the solution and develop an overall solution implementation plan
Works supportively across technical domains to ensure successful implementation of solutions and projects
Works with and validates third party technologies and tools
Interfaces and coordinates tasks with internal and external technical resources
Creates suitable solution documentation for operational teams
Works with the relevant Product Manager to ensure the design is what is required and consistent with the product roadmap
Contributes to the framework of documents, which enables the design, monitoring, and implementation of supportable solution designs
