Businesstaff has been retained by a San Diego County client to locate them a Software Developer in a long-term contract role. Requires competency in Microsoft Web based technologies ie ASP.NET, MVC, Entity Framework, C#, LINQ, HTML, CSS and JavaScript/JQuery.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design/Implement changes required for Company's production applications.
- Documents all changes to the application via Systems Engineering coding standards.
- Create test plans and test changes to current systems to ensure functionality matches specifications and does not negatively affect current product.
- Document new functions and features implemented and testing results.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Programming Experience - ASP.NET, ADO.NET, C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
- Strong background in Object Oriented Design.
- Strong PC background including Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Bachelor's of Science Degree in Computer Science/Computer Information Systems or a related discipline plus 3 years related experience preferred.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
Microsoft SQL Server 2008, TSQL/Stored Procedures, Microsoft Team Foundation Server, WinForms Experience.
Contract rate is $55 to $65/HR.
