Our client, the global leader in desktop software and services, requires a SharePoint Technical Support Specialist (Level 3/4) to support Microsoft Cloud offerings, particularly Office 365. This contract position will carry responsibility for resolving the most difficult and complex customer incidents for Microsoft's English-speaking customer base. The successful candidate will have broad and deep technical knowledge of MS SharePoint (ideally MS Online Sharepoint Server). Most importantly, they will have experience in Level 3/4 support roles and will be thoroughly familiar with incident-based calls tracking tools (such as Remedy, Quest, Clarify or MSSOLVE). Knowledge of cloud-based offerings, such as Office365 or Business Productivity Online Suite BPOS is a big advantage but is not expected.
A passion for troubleshooting and excellent English language communication skills are a pre-requisite for this role, which will require high-quality communication with external customers and internal MS Product units.
