Front End Developer (UI development)

Required skills, experience
We are looking for someone who:
Has developed stellar user experiences that elegantly balance product and business requirements;
Has experience building complex web-based software applications;
Has experience with Agile methodologies and has worked within Agile development teams;
Has a strong understanding of web standards, accessibility (WCAG1/2) and usability;
Has extensive knowledge of CSS, including CSS driven layout and debugging for rapid development;
Has a strong working knowledge of JavaScript, AJAX, GWT and JavaScript frameworks like jQuery;
Has a strong working knowledge of test tools for automated UI and web-application testing, like for instance Selenium;
Is familiar with Linux based development platforms;
Has experience with cross-browser compatibility, with a strong knowledge of IE, Firefox, Safari, Chrome and browser-side performance considerations;
Is preferably familiar with identity and access management (IAM) related concepts like (de)- provisioning, workflow, self-service, delegated administration, authentication, authorisation, SSO and federation;
Is preferably familiar with IAM standards like SAML, XACML, LDAP, WS-Federation, OAUTH, OpenID, OATH and so forth;

Has excellent analytical and problem solving skills;
Experience developing identity and access management tools is an absolute pré.
