Description
To support a customer project, we are looking for an TTCN Protocol Tester (m/f) featuring the below stated skills and experience:Your Tasks:
Development and Verification of TTCN-3 conformance test cases
Support of LTE, WCDMA and Multi-RAT signaling protocol conformance tests
General protocol test equipment customer support and troubleshooting (e.g. installation,
software update, automation of DUT and test equipment, licensing, protocol testing software applications, logging tools, monitoring tools, etc.)
Analysis and follow-up of customer problem reports via problem report databases, by e-mail, telephone and occasional on-site customer visits
Be a primary support contact for local field application engineers
Willingness to travel (Europe, US, Asia), approximately one week per month
Your Qualification:
Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2010 for test script development in C/C++
TTCN-2 and TTCN-3 test case editors and compilers for protocol conformance testing
protocol testing software tools for log file analysis
C++ test case development API and libraries
PR database / CTS as customer ticketing system
Rational ClearCase for software configuration & build management
Bugzilla for bug tracking
Technical skills:
Minimum of 5 year experience in LTE, WCDMA and GSM RAN, UE E2E data testing
Excellent know-how of relevant 3GPP LTE (mandatory), WCDMA (mandatory) and GSM
(optional) radio access network core and test specifications
Very good hands-on experience working with mobile radio communications testers and
UEs for signaling protocol testing, test case and UE automation, data plane verification, etc.
Knowledge of TTCN-2 / TTCN-3 and C / C++ for test script development is beneficial
Knowledge of E2E application (IMS, VoLTE, etc.) testing/troubleshooting is beneficial
Knowledge of PC application testing/troubleshooting is beneficial
Proven experience in direct customer support and trouble shooting for mobile communications systems or test equipment
Soft skills:

Able to work under pressure
Customer oriented and problem solving approach
Very good english language skills (project language is english)
Good german language skills
