Senior Production EngineerMidland, TX
My client is a leading Oil and Gas company looking for a Senior Production Engineer to join its office in Midland, TX.
Job Description:
- Join a multi-discipline team in Midland as a Sr. Production Engineer
- Work with other engineers and geologists to execute CO2 flood projects
- Use engineering knowledge to solve production enhancement problems and make strong recommendations for improvements
- Write workover memos as needed
- Apply production and operation skills to all necessary situations
- Occasionally prepare AFEs and presentations for management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- 8+ years of Production Engineering experience, preferably in the United States
- CO2 flood experience
- Waterflood experience
- Artificial lift knowledge; ESP is a plus
- Production surveillance experience
- Well stimulation knowledge
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong computer skills
