Equities Trading Application EngineerOur client inManhattanis looking to fill a position for an Equities Trading Application Engineer. Salary is approximately K. H1B visas are applicable. F1 and OPT visas will not be accepted.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain and provide support for a Flextrade trading system
- Maintain and support upstream and downstream systems with other IT team members
- Work with business clients and partners to resolve any issues that might impact profitability
- Work with PT/Risk and ETF desks to develop efficient monitoring systems
Necessary Qualifications
- At least 7 years experience with implementation and application development
- Work experience with ETF Trading, Risk Trading and Program Trading
- Confident in ability to write code with C and Perl
- Work experience with Unix and Linux
- Ability to develop scripts using Csh and Ksh
- Solid understanding of Program, Risk and ETF Trading
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or related field
