Description
An Acute Trust nearLondonare looking for an interim Band 8a CIP Service Manager to take over the management of the Specialist Surgery area (Including Lower/Upper GI, General and Breast Surgeries)The roles main responsibilities include:
- Management of the CIP within the service in line with the trust's 5% target, the saving must be delivered by end of financial year for FT application
- Achieving the trusts RTT waiting list reduction time, bringing the first outpatient appointment within 8 weeks of referral
- Business Planning/Capacity Planning within the Service
- Experience within Surgery is desirable but not essential
- Supporting and Performance Managing the junior managers
- Conflict Management
Essential experience
- Extensive CIP experience
- Worked at Service Manager level previously
- Must be target focused
- Must have transformational skills
Desirable skills
- Theatre/Surgery experience
