General Manager - £70,000 - £80,000 plus benefits -YorkAn SME who have tripled in size in the last 2 years need a General Manager to join there exciting company to assist in the launch of new product.
A successful candidate will have experience in the medical diagnostics sector preferably with either a manufacturing or product development background. The General Manager will be hands on and responsible for the day to day management of the site ensuring timely and efficient delivery of production and contract services whilst meeting the quality requirements.
Key requirements
- Previous experience of managing operations
- Strong team and leadership credentials with the ability to motivate a diverse team
- Working knowledge of ISO13485 ISO 9001
- Identify and implement improvements
- Be familiar with diagnostic product manufacture or development
- Track record of creating teams to drive success
