Quality Assurance Manager - £40,000 - £55,000 plus benefits -Oxford

A Medical Device company who have developed a cutting edge product are now looking for a QA Manager to join their growing business to support Quality Control.

A successful candidate will need to be able to communicate effectively with suppliers, champion quality and be able to manage a department with effective man management skills.

This is a great opportunity to join a company who are on the verge of taking their unique and exciting device to market. You will have the responsibility to make business critical decisions and directly affect the success of this organisation.

Key Requirements:
  • QA Management experience
  • Working knowledge of quality control sampling and inspection techniques
  • Desire to lead and make decisions
  • ISO 13485
  • MDD and FDA QSR
  • GMPs and GLPs
  • Plan, Manage and Implement process and process improvement
  • Ability to drive quality initiatives


Desirable Skills:
  • Design Transfer Experience
  • Working knowledge of Sterilisation Process requirements and basic microbiology
  • Regulated Complaint Handling Systems
