SThree is looking for experienced Recruitment Consultants to join one of our specialist brands, specifically looking at the Aerospace and Defence market.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced consultant to join in the success, particularly if you want to progress your career within one of the world's largest, organically grown businesses. 98% of our senior management team started at Trainee or Consultant level and we operate on a meritocratic basis so you're the one in the driving seat.
Working the Aerospace and Defence markets, you will be dealing with Candidates looking for salaries from £50,000 and above so professionalism and respect is a must. The sort of clients you'll work with could be SME's or International Engineering Companies and the ability to tailor your pitch accordingly will be essential.
Ideally you will have a minimum of 1 year's recruitment experience, preferably within Aerospace and Defence, with a proven track record of billing ideally with new business, and you will be able to prove your successes and achievements. A degree is desired, but not essential but you will have strong communication skills both written and oral.
