Mechanical Fitter (Medium to Heavy Special Purpose Machinery)Based in Worcester
10.50 per hour (LTD) (3 month contract, then permanent)

The role of a Mechanical Fitter will involve the following.
- Working from engineering drawings.
- All bespoke machines.
- Assembly of all of the equipment.
- Put together the moving parts.
- Using hand tools to assemble the parts.
- Predominately nuts and bolts, shafts, bearings and gearboxes.
- Standard hours are 7am-4pm Mon-Thurs, 7am-12pm Fri.
- Up to 15 hours overtime. During the week that will be paid at base rate.
- Sat/Sun will be paid at time and a third.
The Mechanical Fitter will need to have the following experience:
- Mechanical fitting experience on heavy equipment.
- Mechanical apprenticed or relevant qualification.
- Able to use hand tools.
- Able to read engineering drawings.
- Team player.
- Work on own initiative.
