Required:
. Must have handled 2-3 full implementation cycles of OTM and integration with other products.
. Provide technical & functional support on OTM and should be able to mentor the offshore team and help them in development activities.
. Experience in OTM installations, configuring, testing, integration and related technology.
. Troubleshooting issues with the OTM, investigation with Back End database queries, and performance troubleshooting.
. Should be proficient in PL/SQL, XML and XSL, Report development tools like BI publisher.
. Should be able to configure agents and milestones.
. Should have Technical Solution Design Document Writing and review capabilities.
. Candidate must have good analytical, Problem solving/Debugging skills, and good oral and written communication.
