Site Acquisition and Civil Works Coordinator (SA/CW) - Telecommunications/Telecoms - Omnix/Cell Tracker
Site Acquisition and Civil Works Coordinator - Darwin Recruitment is currently working with a leading communications company in Sweden that is in need of an experienced Site Acquisition and Civil Works Coordinator to support the delivery setup for the field management teams. The successful Site Acquisition and Civil Works Coordinator will have overall on site responsibility for Site Acquisition and Civil Works including coordination between all internal departments and subcontractors in the SA/CW process.
The Ideal Consultant will have:
- 5-8 years of working experience in Telecommunication, experience in field operations and/or network build of mobile Telecom networks.
- Experience in Site acquisition and civil works in the Swedish market, contacts and good working relationship with ASP's and local authorities.
- Knowledge of permits and lease contracts for new site acquisition.
- Knowing the "right of way" process.
- Experience in civil works, site and infrastructure management, eg power, cooling solutions, site lease handling, towers, mast, building and maintenance procedures and regulations.
- Normal computer skills, including Microsoft Office and working in databases.
