SAP Basis Junior Support (ECC6 SAP Basis JAVA) - £30k + benefits - Milton Keynes
This role requires candidates to pass CTC security clearance checks.
In this role you will deliver BAU "Business As Usual" Software Support Services for SAP Basis in line with client requirements following ITIL methodology.
Role responsibilities:
* Point of contact for specialist area (BASIS)
* Client liaison for related queries
* Responsibility for incident and problem call investigation in line with SLA's
* Involvement in minor enhancement delivery to the client
* Providing support to resolve problems escalated from lower-levels of expertise
* Involved in queries regarding the configuration and customization within their areas of expertise
* Applies best practices and promoting continuous process improvement
* Liaises with 3rd parties on issue resolution as required* Incident and Problem Call Investigation
* Client & 3rd Party Liaison
* Change Request Development
Key Skills Required:
* Min 12 months SAP support experience within SAP Basis
*Knowledge or Support experience within following disciplines is beneficial:- SAP ECC6 (other modules), SAP BI, SAP SRM, SAP Solution Manager, SAP XI/PI, ABAP Programming & Basis Activities.
* Good communication skills.
