Required Skills:
- Extensive knowledge of contract terms & conditions of multidiscipline projects and recognized practices and principals.
- Experience in construction of Mega infrastructure projects internationally and preferably in the Arab world and, with preferred experience in railroad and highway projects.
- Minimum of 10 years experience in execution, construction and site management of Civil works of infrastructure Projects (on site and in office) covering a broad range of activities, with reputable construction companies in the Gulf Countries.
- In-depth knowledge of project, construction and contract management, project specifications, familiar with the legal obligations of contractual obligations and their implications
- Well versed with FIDIC conditions
- Excellent communication skills; able to perform within a multicultural and multi-task environment
- Thorough and meticulous on specifications and details, able to work under pressure
